On a side note, some people here have talked about how weird it is for a park to have two boomerangs, but a park having two boomerangs at all is not unheard-of - Knott's Berry Farm has two, Boomerang and Montezooma's Revenge. But I do agree that they shouldn't be so close together...

Montezooma's Revenge is just a shuttle coaster, not a boomerang.

The description of Montezooma's Revenge on KBF's site describes it as going forward, then backwards, does that mean it switches to another track before changing direction?

Here's mounted camera POV. It goes both ways, it just isn't a Boomerang.

That means it is just a shuttle coaster. A Boomerang is a type of coaster made by Vekoma. To be a Boomerang the train must be pulled backwards up a lift, drop through the station and up into the boomerang element, into the loop, and up the second lift hill.

Yeah, I know what a boomerang is, I've ridden Flashback A lot when it saw better days, never been on a shuttle though.

Getting back to Goliath, any word on how the new trains are coming along?

We've got another construction update posted. The cobra roll is now finished. Thanks again to Robert.

I think grass underneath would look good. That whole side of the park lacks almost any grass areas. They could border the ride area with some flowers or small trees.
