It’s technically “new”. Also there were updates during HIP that Panda was gone, so it was pretty clear haha. And I did answer your question.

Well it’s basically just like when company use “new & improved” as a marketing ploy. If it’s new, it can’t be improved, and if it’s improved it’s not new. It has a new name, and the park now owns it, so it should be included in the dining plan. So what they meant by new dining option is - a dining option that wasn’t previously available on the dining plan, will now be offered, and it will be taking over for Panda Express.

I guess its about to be expected. interesting that the icons for the Coke Freestyle and the refill station are larger then the icon announcing the free wifi. Which is something I posted about every time I did a survey.

It looks like the Cyborg building will have a whole new paint job. Other than that though, it seems like they kept the main structure, so I'm very curious to see how it will all fit.
