I'd love to see one of those mat racer slides for the water park. It'd be high capacity and would be entirely unique for the park.

I think with the new casino opening in Springfield this year it would be a good business move by sf to put a little extra into the park for next year.
The worlds first launched single rail coaster by rmc! ;)

I wouldn't get your hopes up for 2019. I have heard Magic Mountain is getting it's biggest investment since Tatsu, with a new coaster and flat ride being added for 2019. It looks like Great America is getting a large and expensive Riptide Bay Phase 2 expansion to Hurricane Harbor and Great Adventure is most likely going to finish the Old Country buildout with an RMC Raptor. I believe the Raptor will be rolled out the same way as the Free Spins. I think most of the other parks are getting a flat ride or water slide for 2019.

I am thinking, hoping, wishing you are correct. Move GCG to Gotham where it belongs and put in Wonder Woman in the DC area (hell I don't even know if anything fits ) But I can be an ignorant contributor as well as any! LOL

I think they will see the casino like the parks in Northern NH see Leaf peepers they are going to visit without much effort to get them there or simply have no interest.

I wonder what type of water park expansion we would get? Especially where do you think it is going if we in fact get a water park expansion!

You know, I would've said where Splash Water Falls was, but now I'd say it's a pretty safe bet it's not going there. :p

The water park seems really tight on space. I wonder if they'd expand in the employee lot. They could even build by tornado if they (sadly) removed Kontiki or relocated it to another area in the park.

The bathrooms there were just refurbed, weren't they? They could keep them and make them part of the water park.

They could build in employee lot, they moved gas lines years ago , they could also use preferred lot which I think will happen now

I'm pretty sure they left spaces for exaction when they expanded last. They could also remove a slide tower that's less popular and upgrade it.

If they add into the employee lot, they’re gonna need to add parking elsewhere. It’s always hard to find a spot.

That lot is used on peak days. So I don’t believe that would work.
