If i was in charge of running SFNE i would make alot of changes to the park.

    My Lists Of Changes.
    1. Paint Pandy.. It is in desperate need of a paint job.
    2. Move Buzzsaw to Cac.
    3. Move GCG to the South End.
    4. Reopen the Field Goal and Golf Challenge and move the Blitz back.
    5. Take Mind Eraser out and scrap it and replace it with a B&M Wing Coaster.
    6. Reopen Thomas Town.
    7. Lower the food prices alot...
    8. Scrap Flashback and add 2 flats in the space.
    9. Replace Cyclone with an Intamin Ag or a launch coaster.
    10. Expand the park into the preferred parking and move all of the parking across the street, add a couple compact coasters with some flats and a resturant with lots of seating.

    1. Paint Pandy.. It is in desperate need of a paint job. Agreed. This should be painted over the 2012 off-season. It would make the North End look a lot better, especially with the addition of the Star Flyer.
    2. Move Buzzsaw to Cac. This seems to be the idea of many people. I like it, but would it fit in Rodeo's spot?
    3. Move GCG to the South End. I have to disagree with you on this one. I think that GCG's location was a good one, though I think that if they put the queue where the stunt show entrance is, there would have been more room to add a flat or two where the current entrance is now. Where would you want it in the South End?
    4. Reopen the Field Goal and Golf Challenge and move the Blitz back. No on the field goal and golf challenge, since I like GCG's location. I enjoy Blitz's current spot. It was put in a good spot that wouldn't fit many other flats, and it is very visible to guests walking by it.
    5. Take Mind Eraser out and scrap it and replace it with a B&M Wing Coaster. This has seemed to be a big rumor that people think Mind Eraser will be taken out for a Wing Coaster. I agree with this. Hopefully we'll see it in 2014. I think a good color scheme would be forest green with black supports, and white rails.
    6. Reopen Thomas Town. Good idea, but I think it'll be used for Hurricane Harbor somehow. If it re-opened as part of the dry park, I think it should be an upcharge area, with the trampoline, and some other small up-charge rides.
    7. Lower the food prices alot... Yes, but it doesn't seem like it's happening anytime soon. Maybe we'll see the Season Pass holder meal plan soon.
    8. Scrap Flashback and add 2 flats in the space. I don't care much about what happens, but I think Flashback should stay until the end of 2013, that way it can help with Goliath's lines, and hopefully, if we get something in Mind Eraser's spot, the crowds will flood to that side.
    9. Replace Cyclone with an Intamin Ag or a launch coaster. Whenever Cyclone does get removed, I want a GCI in it's place. Something good though, not a family style. Families have Thunderbolt and Pandemonium.
    10. Expand the park into the preferred parking and move all of the parking across the street, add a couple compact coasters with some flats and a resturant with lots of seating. They won't remove all of the preferred parking, because then there's no reason paying extra. The Peter Pan bus lot can't be the only form of preferred parking. Plus there is employee and handicap parking on the park side.

    1. Paint Pandy , yes yes yes.
    2. Buzzsaw to CAC, I'm not sure if it could fit in Rodeos spot the way it currently is either - putting a rectangle into a circle, but the area seems to be workable, it looks like it's just fencing around rodeo, there also looks to be room to rework the queue, but I'm not 100 percent sure on this.
    3. GCG - I think they should get rid of it all together.
    4. I agree with Dan, Slingshot is in a great location, looks good at night too.
    5. Mind Eraser for a Winged Rider - yes pleaseeee! X flight clone! there's tons of room, I'd hate to see us get a compact version like we got with Batman. Even though it's good, bigger and longer is better!
    6. TT - Hurricane harbor expansion.
    7. Food prices - I doubt we'll see them go down any time soon, I rarely eat in the park so if they keep my season pass cheap, I could care less.
    8. Flashback - scrapyard. At this point no one is going to want a 14 year old Boomerang that has been relocated at least twice. I've mentioned before I think they should enclose Panda Express make it air conditioned, and then add a flat and decent sized bathroom, THE NORTH END NEEDS BATHROOMS!
    9. Replace Cyclone - A smaller version of El Toro would be a dream, or a nice custom GCI
    10. Expand park by taking out preferred park. - this.will.never.happen!

I know the parking wont happen but i would hate to see flashback go to another park and get some refurbished treatment and make this ride better with a new train to be enjoyable again, but Mind Eraser is on my list to go fast, even though it keeps a good line i feel that an x flight clone will bring crowds to the south end more in the summer time other than what hurricane harbor brings in but, it will help the crowds out in the north end with the addition of Goliath and Next years Star flyer. But i would also change Goliath back to Deja Vu, i cant stand the name goliath for that ride, even though it towers the midway skyline, Deja Vu fits better. With GCG it should be put near the shed near mind eraser and, give batman a fresh paint job as well, pandy and batman both have horrible looks, the paint on pady is faded and batman has chipped paint, but pandy would make the park look so much better with a paint job, also fine a small compact flat ride to put in the sopt next to Blizzard River. But the park needs to find a place to open the feild goal challenge back up, the park only has one soccer challenge and the rest are Basketball.. Its time for a change again at SFNE

I thought the football game took up WAY too much room & it was in the DC area - no connection, but then again, there is a Johnny Rockets there, too :?

I never once saw anyone playing either game. The park needed to fill that big space & thought "football fields or a mini-replica of one would be big" :?

When I was there i saw alot of people trying the field goal challenge but it was still making the park money and it was the only other physical game other than basketball games.

If I ran SFNE, my ten year checklist would be this...
2014- Remove Flashback, place a new flat in its spot or a Zac Spin.
2015- Skyscreamer and repainting of Pandy.
2016- Capital Improvements like retracking of Cyclone, Retheme/New Trains for Mind Eraser.
2017- Adding a Paratrooper ride to the park in Tomahawk's spot, overhauling the carousel.
2018- Remove Blizzard River and add an LIM launch coaster.
2019- Return of Original drop on Cyclone, overhauling the Scrambler, Superman Returns.
2020- Thunderbolt overhaul, deletion of Mind Eraser.
2021- RMC Wooden Coaster in place of Mind Eraser.
2022- The old flats return! All old flat rides still in storage return to the park in River Rapid's spot.
2023- Capital improvements such as newly paved walkways, new kiddie themed section, and Zac Spin overhaul.
2024- Carousel overhaul (it's a classic! It needs love!) Return of a speedway (in new spot behind woods) and converting Six Flags back to the formal name Riverside Park and adding a Monorail and Musik Express. It would still be owned by Six Flags.

Here are some critical things I would do: Replace screams towers with a 300fter drop tower with tilting seats(with approval for its height).

Replace Mind Eraser with an inverted compact LIM launching coaster. It would use up enough space for 4 or 5 inversions and the queue/station would be at Catwomens whi..... uhh I mean Poison ivy's spot, which that coaster would then be moved over to some other spot.

Some necessary retracking for Cyclone along with the return of the original first drop.

And of coarse, bringing back the old superman theme for the parks signature attraction.

Might As well bring back the race track and Riverside park since you insist on old school names for everything

    ^Thats a great idea!

Seriously though, i dont insist old school names for EVERTHING! Where the hell did you come up with that idea! I only name CERTAIN rides by their former names. If I really called everything by their old names, I would be calling this place Riverside park, BUT AM I!

May i also remind you, that i am not the only one one this planet who refers to SOME names by their former names. I have seen a video blog where a guy(no its not me) actually refurrs to Great Adventures floorless coaster as Medusa, and in the video it was know as Bizarro!

Bottom line is, please PLEASE stop stating that I call rides by their old names!!!

    • 2014? OK, I agree that flashback has warn out it's welcome at SFNE but replacing it with a zac spin is not a great move. the park needs more flats. not to mention the Zac spin has not performed well at SFMM.
    • 2016/21? Why are you buying new trains for Mind eraser just to get rid of it 5 years later. you won't even get your moneys worth out of the train. also you really should research how much land is needed for wood coasters.
    • 2017? this doesn't even start to make sense. Paratroopers are great attractions but not every park can handle a paratrooper. not to mention you want to take out a reasonably popular thrill ride with 800pph capacity for a ride with less draw and 320pph capacity.
    • 2018? Blizzard is a great attraction and the only worth while water ride in the park. SFNE already has more coaster then a park it size needs. why take out other ride options for more coasters
I like these plans. I would on my own list upgrade the 3 screem towers to the higher capacity drop tower.
