You do know this is happening, right? They announced it at Nor'easter.

^ New in 2017, Metal Detectors before the front gates, a la Great Adventure.

Just wait until Six Flags starts charging fees for every time the metal detector goes off and you have to be wanded inappropriately by rent-a-cops!

Woah! I really caused a big discussion....

Anyways another thing I'd like to do if I ran SFNE is instead of just moving Goliath or throwing it in the garbage, I'd definitely look into either fixing the train or getting another one.

I know they won't be replacing the train anytime soon since they've invested so much into the new train and fixing the cable, but hey, if I ran the park I'd fix it. I feel bad for the park since they invested so much into this train and it ended up being worse then the old one.

I know a way to cut down on bags being brought in the park. Do like the airlines do. Charge per bag. Maybe have everyone's favorite fanny pack be the carry on but then charge per extra back pack. That could generate a lot of revenue for a new coaster.

And they could have rates depending on the weight of the bag! So during water park season they could probably make enough money to finally build that launching Giga through Hurricane Harbor.

Or they could just charge separately for the water park and really hit the jackpot!

Now the separate water park admission is actually a GREAT idea. I've always been 100% for that.

Imagine they start charging $1 to ride the tram from the parking lot?

You know I've never been on that still!

Of course my idea has always been moving (and upgrading) all of HH to the back extended lot across the street (and possibly buying those farms for extra land). Having a bigger parking lot too using it for both parks. It would free up so much space that we could use in the dry park.

Plus, since they took away the grilled tenders and curly fries from near the wavepool, it hasn't been the same. :/

Something that I think would be really nice at SFNE is a 50s show. Great Escape has one and with the revamped Rockville and the theater right there I think it would be awesome, especially since David Garrity is the only performance in there.

Back in the early 200's they had a 50's street show they also ran a rock review with 60-80's songs round that time also. Using the stage for more shows would be a good idea. Drags people away form rides and if they are like me it's a good time to grab a snack.

I have always thought about moving he waterpark across the street lmao. It will never ever happen and too much of a hassle to do, but it would be bigger than the WP now and could easily charge extra for it. And imagine what they could do with the old waterpark!

I always wonder why we (crazy @ssed enthusiasts) would even talk about a waterpark that's an extra charge. If you appreciate the value of a season pass and its included benefits, why suggest additional charges?
I love SFNE, but Im not wealthy or all about suggesting ways for them to make more millions

The value of a six flags gold pass compared to other chain parks with the same features is honestly incredible. But because the price is much lower, there a more people all the time & that means more lines we wait in.
