Yes and their Cabins are how much in comparison? So we have one park that is $10 dollars more and offers less. You also get in to CP an hour early. Some reviews talk about prices as low as $50 from last year for a tent stay.

Fort Wilderness - $49 for a tent site (up to 10 people), $66 for Full hookups, Not Water and electric, Full hookups including cable TV preferred sites are a bit more but it only means you're closer to the main lodge, pool, water slide. Now their cabins are just as expensive as their Hotels. just under $300.

Darien Lake - is more expansive at $99 but offer a package that drops it to $35 a night.

Silverwood - $30 tent, $39 Camper (Full Hookups), don't see a listing for camping.

    Knoebel's - $44 (30 amp), $47 (50 amp), 130 standard cabin, and 229 for a deluxe cabin.

For Jefferson (Six Gun City) - $28(Water Electric), $33 (Full Hookups)

Carowinds - According to reviews is $38 for full hookups.

Normal Campgrounds average out around $45 a night for water electric to full hookups. I'm not the only one who feels the price are a bit high. just look at their Facebook page and there is plenty of evidence to that.

Lake Compounce posted pictures of trackwork being done of Wildcat, looking good! Sounds like all of the bad parts are taken care of, all they need is new trains.

There will also be a 15% discount for SP holders at the Campground.

I do want to see new trains really badly.
But, I just can't picture WildCat (like Yankee Cannonball and Thunderbolt) with any other trains but PTC's. I think it'd look weird with Timberliners and Millenium Flyers. Just saying. But improvement is better then looks.

I agree but PTC has really become a pain. and they will not make 3 bench cars any more according to rumor. They are still a few more options.

I did a little job in plantsville which is just down the road from the park so i drove by and took a few pics with my cell.

When i first heard the lake was adding a campground i thought they would use the land in these pics, so that the guest would be able to have their own entrance into the park without a long walk through the parking lot.

If you look carefully at this pic you can see a worker working on wildcat

Problem with that back area is it's not that big. it's also used for things like Launch fire works. The planned campground land was only bought a few years ago.

I see that Pinks is already at Cedar Point and Knotts so the theme park thing isn't new for them.

Seems more exciting/unique than Johnny Rockets to me.

Pinks sounds pretty good at LC. Hopefully the prices are not insane. A regular dog was about $3 last year but these will be better. Also I don't know what to say about this...The grand opening will be on Saturday, May 17, marked with a Weiner Dog 100 featuring Dachshunds racing for the Fastest Hot Dog title.

NBC CT says that this venue will be located near the carousel. I wonder if they're going to convert the Carousel Cafe building for this (same vicinity)?
As I recall, this was closed while the Johnny Rockets trailer was open nearby late last season.

Nice pictures of the cabins. I noticed that not one of them has a porch attached to them, yet LC's website and new brochure clearly displays a picture of one attached.
