^^There are three of these out there - SFNE, SFA, and Darien Lake. SFA and DL still have the old style trains. But those are getting pretty old. So maybe SF has asked for new trains for all three?? Hey - I can dream!!!

Not even the other 2 SROS twins. Millennium Force, Expedition GeForce, Goliath at Walibi are all also Intamin Megas with the old style trains...

And the fact that Apollo’s Chariot damn near knocked this thing out of the top 5 should tell you all you need to know about how bad things for Superman have gotten..... and just how dumb the GTAs are.

It's a lot more "GTA's are stupid" than "Apollo is better than Superman."

The fact Steel Vengeance was added has plenty to do with SROS's place. Apollo likely did better because BGW added another coaster and people excited again or for the first time. I do know a few people that like Apollo better the Superman. Not to mention Superman and Expedition G force have been playing leapfrog for years.

I'm hoping to get my first ride on STR in a couple weeks on Sunday.

Went to the park for a few hours today. It’s a shame that it’s still only running one train. Thanks to the skip the line passes we did get on quick and it ran good. You could see the GP was disappointed with having to get the passes to come back later.

Personally, I’d rather come back later and not have to bake in line for 4 hours. It also reduces stress on the crew.

I completely understand just was sharing what I witnessed when seeing people’s reactions. I’ll add that the crew was hustling to get the train out each time.

I stopped there today. Surprisingly the boarding pass system works well. While i was waiting for my time, I went and rode WiCy and came back to STR with only a 25 minute wait. Ride was running extremely well.
