So I guess we can start speculating on 2017 seeing the announcement is only a little more than a month away. So, what do you think Great Escape will get? And why?

I'm going to go with some sort of water park addition. The water park has been crazy packed this season and could use some more room. The park has also publicly stated the water park is their biggest draw and our last real addition was Alpine Freefalls in 2012. With that said, a water park addition gets my vote.....

But with the shakeup in CEO's as of late, who knows what may have gotten changed.

I'm really stumped... I think anything is possible outside of a family flat ride. I feel like we've gotten enough flats in the past so I don't think we will be getting another on.

If I had to bet it would be water park but my gut is Coaster

Water park seems to be the best prediction. No signs or rumors of any type of roller coaster.

That was my exact thought too! It wouldn't suprise me one bit if they did

Why does swf get such a bad rap? I actually think it's a decent family ride.

It's not worth the space it takes up imo

Yeah the park already has 2 water rides that don't really get you wet, so why add a 3rd?

I think I'd cry too. But then again maybe if you got new rafts that are more family style with lower backs, and used a chlorinated splash pool, added a couple more sprayers and waterfalls to get you soaked, it could make a decent water park ride.

Because the ride does nothing. It spins around into a pool that doesn't even get you wet. The only thing that gets wet are your sneakers because of the disgusting pool of toxins that sits there all day. The capacity is also horrid.

As stated in the other thread, I can see the park adding adding a zamperla disko. Not exactly sure where it would go though. If they did I wish it was the one with hump in the middle and not the half pipe looking one. Still think this year will be water park

I'd like a water park addition. SWK has been crazy crowded this year and it'd be nice to relieve some of the congestion.
