Because the riddler and the joker have the same color scheme?

The new restroom building in LT Movietown is much bigger and nicer and one of the rides was moved on top of the show stage. I wonder if they’re going to do any type of Looney Tunes show in another area of the park now.

Anyone have any info on Goliath? Expanded ride refurbishment sounds interesting. Not getting my hopes up but it is better than just a regular closed sign.


I think this is a new shirt, I guess Goliath is here to stay for now.



I did notice that they enclosed the western part of the northern skyway station and added new doors so it looks like they repurposed the building so it’s probably staying.

I really like how Harley Quinn looks, can’t wait to ride!

I don't see that sky way building going anywhere anytime soon regardless of whats done with the upper level. Chances are it's being used for storage.

The new ride itself looks good. but the area looks so bare. I hope they do more then jut grass, I'm praying they don;t just put down rock.

very true. I was only there form 11 to 5 or so and got a sunburn. shade is much needed.

Riddler looks so good now, it's such a shame they stuck Slingshot right in front of it.

They really should either move it or get rid of it. I'm sure its a cash cow, but its such an eyesore. Hopefully the new coat of paint helps. Honestly, move it next to the mouse and theme it to Escape from Krypton or something like that. If they really wanted to go all out, do something like other slingshots have and add some fog effects when you're being lowered for launch.

You answered your own question. If it is a cash cow they don’t need to add anything. Fog, new effects etc would just lower the profit. The move to the new location is certainly a plan to increase foot traffic and thus ridership. Maybe a name change will come to fit Gotham but I wouldn’t expect anything else.

Riddler closed early to be painted, lots of people were painting it for the last two hours or so.

I also saw some kid riding Cyclone that was clearly too short to ride. You couldn’t even see him in the seat and he was wearing like size 4 shoes. I went on Skyscreamer and saw him getting back in line for Cyclone and he kinda went behind his dad and jumped when he went past the attendant. The employee looked like she wasn’t planning on checking anyone’s heights and neither did anyone in the station.

And finally went for a final ride on Superman at 7:57 and the guy had the chain up already. I showed him my phone and he said they have been closing rides 5 minutes early for the last 3 years. Yeah ok.

Stopped at the park today towards closing for a quick visit. Slingshot has been fully painted blue. The bottom is light blue and the rest is a slightly darker blue.




I forgot to mention this yesterday, but Pandy’s cars are being painted.



This pic was from yesterday but the one on the left is painted and the one on the right is old. Today they had two cars on the transfer track that were not painted and only painted ones were running. None of the cars have the logo on them.


These are the two cars on the track that haven’t been painted.


Both trains were running on Cyclone, Batman, and Mind Eraser. The park was completely dead but the ops were doing a decent job preventing stacking. Here are the new seat pieces on the orange train. No new restraints yet and the blue train has old seat pieces but new restraints. No RMC logo on these.



Got a bunch of rides in and the only time I saw more than 10 people in a station was on Superman. The ops also let people go up the flash pass line and Superman was closed on time today which was nice.
