2020 Speculation

Id love to see a new or referbished buzzsaw, flyers, ferris wheel, enterprise,flume

Would love a flume and ferris wheel but removing log flumes is one of the most reliable trends in the industry. They are quite expensive to run and maintain.

I think the only way we would see 5-8 flats in the park in one year is if they leveled and rebuild a kiddie land.
2-3 flats in one year might be more realistic.

So basically the riverside rides they took out.

I think they're safer at smaller parks where they're star attractions. At larger parks, they're one of many rides.

We don’t have much info, but instead of what you think, what do you guys want in 2020?

A coaster would be cool, but I think if the park got new Superman trains and got a good flat package with variety it would be a lot better.

A raptor for sure, or a launch coaster with higher capacity. Since it's the park's 150th anniversary I'm really hoping they'll go all out. If it is a raptor or a launch, I think it's a safe bet that it will replace Flashback and/or Goliath.

2020 isn't gonna be as big as some of you guys expect. lol

That would be really fun, the park desperately needs more flats.
