SFI has a tendency to recycle haunt themes and many of these are very generic and have only some themeing. Aftermath, Total darkness, Nightmare Island. Most parks haunts are bought as kits so its more of a mater of figuring out where you want to put them. It's not a bad start just underwhelming. but after looking around there really is no competition so 2 haunts is a lot. It's not like this area where there is a number of haunts and almost all of them have 5 houses.
True but can often build false expectations. It will be interesting to see reviews of the event. who knows maybe the 2 haunts will be larger then average.

Are you not used to Six Flags advertising terms? They always do this, and also, it’s more than just slapping down a haunt. You gotta build the path and props etc.

You men like Aftermath at TGE where they put a bunch of quick fence up. Nightmare Island used the lazy river a small prop collection and fog. Hell look at Black hallows cove at Canobie Bamboo fence and fog. A dozen or so props.

Just saying They could easily have a 3rd haunt is they put their minds to it. Fright zones are fun but if they are like SFNE's they are not worth writing home about.

As for the Six Flags Advertising terns I get your point. many parks look for unlovable statements or basic Truths to make themselves seem more important.

Interestingly outside of the sentence at the top everything just says Darien Lake.

I'm not surprised I figured they would flag at least a couple of them

Honestly I think the flagged vs. unflagged thing is becoming less important for Six Flags . Even if the parks are unflagged “Six Flags” is still plastered all over them.

Looks like they took it from TGE’s page. The logo is in the header.

Since their push to have something new to their dry park they haven't don much to their water parks.

It will be marketable but sadly with a ride coming out the park is no bigger then it was before.

the trend I noticed is parks are giving up on rides, now I understand with the Top Spin by Huss and how unreliable they are as I see them down all the time and the huge cost to maintain them, but I guess its out with the old and in with the new! I am hoping that parks do not make rides extinct as for flat rides the innovation is scarce as it is!

Huss's issue is bad support. if they had a warehouse in north America with parts and they could be easily and quickly fixed I think parks would be much more likely to keep them.
