It still bothers me that they removed Chaos. Yea one park had a problem with it, but still. The rides manufacture was going to fix all the rides defaults for free... Also they were going to change the rides safety restraints also for free. Sounds like a good idea to me.

I still kick myself in the head for being afraid of it before. I can still remember standing there looking at it and saying "Nope!". lol Should have done it. :?

I road chaos a few times, never got a good ride on it. On my last ride it broke down multiple times while I was on it. I say good riddens.

We don't have Chaos in storage. Theres just a trailer that says Chaos on it, but Chaos is not in it.

I thought that it had been sold for parts and the rest melted down as scrap

Don't argue with me, I've been there and seen the pieces.

I've gotten some of the best night rides ever on a flat on that ride. To me it was everything a flat should be. It spun, but not to fast, it flipped, and it gave you a different ride experience every time!

I know I miss the Chaos. Wish there wasn't soo many problems with them. I think the only one left that I know of that is operating is at Circus Circus in Las Vegas. The other one that was in San Diego recently closed.

    Re: Questioneer....

Chance has had terrible luck with flats. The ones that work the best were added when they bought companies like Hershell. The only rides form there like that have done well are the yoyo's, Tribant/wipeouts, and the inverters. everything else has had problems.

But until they get attendance way up and Possibly remove a coaster more flats are unlikely. You have to keep costs in line.

Why did they take out Colossus? I remember something about the supports not being safe or something like that.

Cedar Point still has theirs, but it has been for sale for the past couple years now. They seem to be taking care of it well though.
