No way. A S:UF clone wouldn't even fit in Cyclone's spot. That ride takes up way too much land.
I honestly think Flashback's gonna get the boot for a SuperLoop, but that's just me.

SFNE wouldn't make that mistake of replacing a roller coaster with a poorly marketed carnival ride

Oh! Okay. Yeah, I could see that. Part of the path in Crack Axel Canyon would need to be removed, but I could see it happening.

I know this is a Six Flags park we're talking about here, but what about a Schwarzkopf? There are a few for sale right now that might actually fit in quite well at the park. Thriller or Astroworld's old Shuttle Loop, especially. Granted, that probably won't happen, but still, food for thought, right?

SF wouldn't buy a Schwarpkof, they sold all the ones they owned. They wouldn't buy a ride from a company out of business.

Not all of them, but I get your point. Still, just something to think about.

I doubt it because maintenance costs will be through the roof and I cant see an old Schwarpkof attracting many people.

Coasters that could/should be on the chopping block:

    1) Flashback - 30 yr. old ride, completely redundant and obsolete. Enough said
    2) Mind Eraser - This is a bit of a conundrum to me - I personally like the ride so I would be disappointed if it went. 17 yr old coaster that could use a re-theme/new paint scheme/overhauled restraint system. Six Flags has to decide whether it is a better ROI to scrap or invest in Mind Eraser. I'm not sure what the right decision is.
    3) Batman: TDK - Seems to be a prime candidate for relocation to a different Six Flags park. Any decision to remove either ME or TDK would seemingly require them to remove both coasters.
    4) Goliath - Shame on Six Flags for butchering this once great coaster. This coaster is now on my do not ride list when I visit the park. When the old trains were running, it was a top 2 coaster in the park. Unfortunately, this reminds me of when management scrapped the Morgan trains on Cyclone and replaced them with the PTC's. SF has invested way too much $$$ and man hours to turn back now and bring back the old trains (which would be the right decision for the customer). This one could be on the chopping block allot sooner than I would have ever thought 3 years ago.

They wouldn't relocate Batman. It's one of our most popular coasters and the park is wanting to repaint it so I cant see it leaving.

    Okay
    1. Batman is not a traveling ride. It's a high capacity, B&M crowd pleaser which has zero chance of leaving anytime soon.

    2. Don't shame the park because they wanted to try something new. Goliath's new trains may be on the rough side but they had no idea it was going to be like this. If anything, I applaud them for spending the money to try and improve it.

If the park is truly landlocked, then existing coasters will eventually have to go. Is it that crazy of an idea for B: TDK to be shipped to SF America or Six Flags St. Louis? I dont think so. Again, I prefaced the paragraph with what could/should go.

I dont want to get off topic too much but it was a mistake for corporate to move Goliath from Magic Mountain to SFNE - they have been a maintenance headache since this model ride arrived on the scene 15 years ago. I do not applaud the company for escalating their financial commitment to this ride!

Back on topic - my prediction is 4d in the north end replacing flashback.

There are many options for them before the remove Batman. Removing that ride will be a huge blow to the park

Batman is not going anywhere, anytime soon. It is one of the parks top 3 attractions, and probably the most reliable of all the others.

The park did take a chance with trying to improve Dejavu/Goliath. But I figured it would only hurt the ride, since the engineering of the whole ride is troublesome/unreliable to begin with.

Relocating Batman is actually a good discussion. I'm sure it's been discussed internally at some point over the last five years. If it were to happen, it would likely be replaced with another B&M. It would also make SFNE no longer landlocked as they would be able to expand more into the employee lot. Plus, it would really benefit a smaller Six Flags park.

Yeah I see where you are going with that but that is a really bold move and I don't think the park is ready to do something like that.
