The way they explained their answer to me was that since it's a family coaster they felt that too many younger children would be too intimidated to ride the reverse cars so that was why they only did half of the train that way. I think the way they did it with half of the train forward and the other half reverse was a great balance. No reason why they didn't do it this season, but as I said above, they hinted about the possibility about doing it again for Fright Fest.

If the goal is to swap ti out that's fine but thy should be doing everything to get as much out of it as possible while it's there.

Speaking of canyon blaster I saw it's second train (blue) for the first time in years yesterday while on the log flume it was behind the nightmare building lined up on pallets and it looked as if it had been restored

Wow really? That thing has been gone for a looonnnggg time. I might email Eric and see what it's up to. I'd love to see it go back on CB with a 2 train op- although Eric did say the system is modified for only a 1 train op- though he could be lying.

Yes I was amazed as well when I first saw it as I assumed it had just become a parts doner for the other train, maybe the park plans on running a different train every other year like SFNE does on Thunderbolt

It woudl be nice to at least see a fresh train on there. Canobie has 2 trains for Corkscrew. They swap them out each year.

Do you think it is logical to have one entire train backwards and the other entirely forward. All it would take is a rope going all the way through the queue and a extra attendant at the top of the stairs switching the rope and letting the right number of backwards/forward people into the station at one time.

At TGE had a few extra minutes in the lake George area Comet has longest line in the park. That's a shocker. I also just found marker. I've got pics. I'm shocked.

Thanks I posted that right as I got in the park. And after I saw the markers NEPT was open on my phone so I just double posted. Wasn't really thinking.

Alright so anyways, I have some bad news the makers are right next to the thunder ally cars. They aren't any in the ride's midfield but they are all over around the fence and next to the train tracks. I have a very bad feeling that the car's will be gone for next year. Anyways here are the pics(these are all from the queue of boomerang except the last few which are taking from the midway in front of the cars.)

Well the least we can say is that it will be dry park! I really wished for bobsled or demon to be removed over the cars but I'll take a coaster anyway they come

As much as I'm excited for what could possibly be a coaster.... NOOOOO NOT THUNDER ALLEY. (Mess with the train and we'll really have issues)

I was thinking the same thing We've been hyping a coaster for years and it's kind of been asummed that either demon or bobsled would leave. I would be really disappointed if we lost the cars. It seemed like those markers followed the train track so you may be out of luck!

Though they did replace the train this year, and Eric said they were thinking of restoring the blue CP Huntington to use as a backup in the future.

Also pointing this out- the markers follow Danny the Dragons path sorta... Have no idea what that has to do with anything though. Hopefully whatever this is will bring life back to that area... Always seems dead.

Edit: Side note but wasn't Thunder Alley's space rumored to be where the SLC was going to go when we had it?
