Two Observations I Had On Opening Day

Two quick observations I had on opening day;

1. The smoking area going up into CAC should be moved. It's so close to the path that it really doesn't do its job of keeping the smell away from other guests.

2. There needs to be a handicap ramp over by the stairs that go from Kidzopolis to CWW. Every time I'm there I always see parents carrying baby strollers up/down these stairs with kids still in the strollers! 100% not safe. My fix would be to have a fairly wide ramp going from the bottom of the stairs up to where the smoking area is now by Riddler (Mind Eraser) with another secondary ramp leading off that one mid way up going over to the top of the current stairs.

This would also help make the park into more of a loop and not cut off DC from the rest of the park as much.

There is no smoking section in cac that was moved a couple yrs ago. It is now behind the fishing game where the big shark hangs. If someone is smoking there security should be called. I am definitely talking to management about that and the other smoking section by pandy.

There's no room for a ramp there which is why the ramp is at DCs main entrance by scream.

I know they have that retention pond bu the open hill side is no smaller the the hill side they build the wheelchair ramp on at story land. the scream side was easy since the land was there the other side could be done but its not simple and would require a bit of engineering and would drive up costs for something that is basically an extra.

I wish there was a ramp of some kind that, but I doubt there will ever bee one since they even got rid of a bridge over there. Maybe a sign with an arrow pointing towards DC so that the parents don't have to struggle to get there, most probably do not realize there is a ramp over there, especially if they have a stroller or they are being lazy! I would walk the little bit of extra if I had a stroller to go down the ramp. While yes, having a ramp there would be nice, but let's all be real, the park would never build a ramp there!

The smoking section was moved I believe two years ago to its current spot behind the fishing game near the shark, which when I walk by that area I do not smell smoke. I smoke, but I smell it mostly by Pandy when the butts are on fire.

Nobody should be smoking in the old section that's across from Coaster Creamery in CAC

Nice to know that's actually not a smoking area anymore, maybe more signs should be put up cause on Saturday there were people smoking there.

The ramp would be hard to do but not impossible! I know its highly unlikely but its just a wish of mine. Would really help with the flow of the park and safety for lazy parents who don't want to walk all the way around the park to bring their strollers down to CWW

What they should do is make an elevator. Or put in escalators that would be fun!

But really a simple sign letting people know there is another option would be helpful. I’m surprised no one has gotten hurt on those stairs and sued the park yet.

I think if someone fell while moving a stroller wouldn’t have a case, especially since the path way with the ramp area by Superman is on the map ! Six flzgax could get out that fairly quickly !
